Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KurdSport (“we”, “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, accessible at https://www.kurdsport.pro (the “Website” or “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Purpose

KurdSport is an online reservation and listing service that connects sports field owners with players. The Platform enables:

• Users to discover and reserve sports fields
• Verified owners to list and manage their fields after subscription

KurdSport does not facilitate or mediate cash payments between players and field owners. It serves only as an interface for viewing availability and managing reservations.

2. User Eligibility

• Be at least 16 years old
• Register with accurate, complete information
• Verify your email address before logging in

Accounts that use false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access unless it results from our own gross negligence.

5. Owner Subscription and Payments

• You must pay a 10,000 IQD subscription fee through our secure integration with FIB
• Payment is non-refundable
• Subscription enables you to list one field and access the owner dashboard

KurdSport does not handle or accept payments for actual field bookings. Any rental payments between users and owners are private and not managed by KurdSport.

KurdSport reserves the right to modify the subscription fee at any time. If changes occur:

• Owners will be notified via email at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

Payment is handled via secure redirection to First Iraqi Bank (FIB). Refunds are available under the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

5A. Refund Policy for Owner Subscriptions

• The owner has not yet created or published a field listing on the platform.
• The refund request is submitted via email to sulaimanastreshe@outlook.com within the 7-day period.
• The original payment was successfully processed and confirmed by First Iraqi Bank (FIB).

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. After 7 days, or once a field has been published, no refunds will be issued.

KurdSport reserves the right to decline refund requests that violate these conditions or are made in bad faith.

6. Booking Terms

• You agree to the listed price and time slot
• You must honor your reservation or communicate directly with the field owner in case of changes

KurdSport does not enforce bookings nor guarantee field availability, as field owners may cancel, reschedule, or become unavailable.

7. Disclaimer of Payment Responsibility

• We do not accept, manage, or transfer user payments to owners
• We do not guarantee payment terms or enforce refunds
• We do not resolve disputes related to cash transactions

Any payment made at the field (before or after a reservation) is at your own risk.

8. Field Listings and Content

• Accurately reflect the location, pricing, and condition of the field
• Are not misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful
• Are updated regularly

KurdSport may remove any listing that violates our standards or is reported by users.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Upload malware or engage in phishing
• Impersonate others or use false credentials
• Spam or abuse the reservation system
• Circumvent security features or scrape content

Violations may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on KurdSport (excluding user-submitted listings) including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Code
• Text and UI components

…is the exclusive property of KurdSport and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

11. Termination

• Suspend or delete any account at our sole discretion
• Deny platform access for behavior we deem harmful, illegal, or abusive
• Remove field listings without notice if they are inactive, inaccurate, or violate these Terms

12. Limitation of Liability

• Lost bookings
• Inaccurate listings
• Field condition, location, or conduct of owners/users
• Offline cash payment issues
• Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified via email or platform banner. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any dispute arising under or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Duhok, Kurdistan Region.
